Invalid Amendment and Review of Malaysia Agreement

This is the 40% requirements which overides the constitution. If not in the constitution, this condition applies.

 The constitutional amendment added a review clause which consists of the governments, but the Malaysia Agreement insists on an independent assessor complying to certain conditions missing from the 100% unjust constitution. 

How could a constitiution allows the impoverishing of citizens to the level of being the poorest in the whole WORLD? The agreement is fair in that it allows existing levels, i.e. roads repaired on time, and additional expansion as reasonable, which should be at least on par with Malaya, per head of population. 

The assessor, if ever appointed, then has to pay damages for allowing the unfair treatment of Sabah. The constitutional amendments are so unfair, it should be invalid. However, knowing Malaysian courts, these unfair amendments will be upheld by the majority of Malaysian judges.
